School has launched a comprehensive Teacher Training and Empowerment Program, through which 20 female teachers will receive training in the following areas:<\/strong><br><br>\ud83d\udd39 Modern education systems<br>\ud83d\udd39 Modern teaching and learning methodologies<br>\ud83d\udd39 Online teaching and the use of digital tools and technologies<br>\ud83d\udd39 Ethical standards and child safeguarding (based on UNICEF standards)<br>\ud83d\udd39 Digital and online safety<br>\ud83d\udd39 After completing the 2-month training course, teachers will apply their learning practically in online classrooms for an additional 4 months to ensure skills are developed in a sustainable and applied manner.<br><br><strong>\u2705 Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udd39 Minimum bachelor\u2019s degree in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Economics, History, Literature (Persian, Pashto, or English), Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or Educational Management.<br>\ud83d\udd39 At least one year of teaching experience.<br>\ud83d\udd39 Strong interest and commitment to the teaching profession.<br>\ud83d\udd39 Willingness to teach online for 4 months after completing the training.<br>\ud83d\udd39 Currently unemployed.<br><br><strong>\u2705 Benefits:<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udd39
